Do you have a access to a computer with a cd/dvd drive? Then its simplicity itself to do it yourself. I use free software Audiograbber for quick CD ripping......converting to mp3 requires a free plugin which is located below the link for the audiograbber download. http://www.audiograbber.org.
I still use a very old software (has not been updated since the XP days) and it works fine for me - Audiograbber. I do not know if the current downloadinstaller is bundled with some crapware. It was not so earlier. If you want I can upload the installer that I have since 2004 - it's the same version 1.83. The file size then was 1.627 MB.
No problem, glad I could help.
I recommend AudioGrabber and Mp3Tag to rip and add ID3 tags to your songs. Both apps are free. That's for Windows but I'm sure there are plenty apps for OSX too (if that's what you're using).
There was a very old program that I used to use - Audiograbber. It still works on my Window 7. It has the ability to split files into sections automatically, depending on the silence interval that you define.
If the radio station streams it on the internet, then play the stream with your favorite player then capture it with AudioGrabber. If the radio station doesn't stream it, or you want a higher quality recording (assuming the stream is low bit-rate) then take the line out from your receiver and plug it in to the line-in on your audio card, and, again, use AudioGrabber to record it.
Audacity can.
Another small tool which I have been using since the turn of this century and it still works on Win 7 (not sure about Win 8 and 8.1) is - Audiograbber.
