Revit to make the building, Enscape for the rendering, and InDesign and Photoshop for touching up images and making the pdfs.
You pretty much can. Autodesk Revit + Enscape. Revit is building modelling software that is prevalent in the building construction industry. Enscape is a real-time rendering plugin for Revit that also happens to support VR.
I have started to model my entire house in Revit including demo & reno plans. Revit is super powerful and quite enjoyable to use. There is a learning curve, but it's nothing like learning how to use Blender or 3DS Max. Here is an Enscape walkthrough of my house (WIP); I only have a GTX 780 so real-time is a bit limited.
If you are actually curious to try, you can create an Autodesk account and get a free student license for Revit. And get a free trial or student license for Enscape. But to actually pay for licenses becomes unrealistically expensive for personal use.
