(Per rispondere alla tua domanda, vado a memoria ma mi pare che qualche anno fa Avast creò un'estensione per valutare l'affidabilità dei siti - EDIT: trovata, ovviamente essendo un antivirus si limitano nel segnalare phishing ed ai malware)
