At my work we are using circuit.
It's really neat and seems a lot more professional opposed to Discord which is marketed towards gamers.
Circuit meeting room also ensures a good collaboration with other companies also using Circuit.

Discord is fine to maintain a community. But for a company's internal communication many big companies would not use Discord. Go to other companies and look what they use. Privacy, data protection, etc play a huge role. Some company partners prohibit their partner from storing data on a service which they do not control. (Some chat solutions allow you to host your own instance of the chat server. Although you can create a server on Discord you do not have full control over the server. Being able to host your own chat server has the advantage that you are not dependent on them and you have full control over the data.) The fact that in Discord you can share file links is a huge risk. There are some spam bots who guessed server invite links. Same could be done with uploaded Discord files. Also once uploaded to Discord you can't take it down easily.
