Ah, Reddit, where innocent questions are downvoted, rather than answered, even on /r/pcmasterrace, where we're all brethren.
Moving on, most VPN services are paid. Check out Citrio, a Chromium-based browser that uses less memory than Chrome or other Chromium-based browsers.
Anyway, after downloading go to Settings and then Extensions.
First, disable "Citrio Affiliate," pretty sure it's an ad (what makes Citrio free).
Next, enable "Proxy:"
After you enable it, click the comb icon that appears near the top.
Select "+ Add new proxy."
Select "Manual" and fill out the information.
Here's a free list of proxies to use.
And here's a Mexico proxy:
> IP Address: 187.191.29.210 > Port: 8000
Luckily for you, it's "Elite" grade:
> Level 1 - Elite Proxy / Highly Anonymous Proxy: The web server can't detect whether you are using a proxy.
Visit the Origin website and make your purchase through the browser. It should adjust prices for Mexico, if it doesn't, then I don't know, I tried.
If you're looking for a Metro app, I suggest MetroTube. It's pretty convenient to have one in the modern environment. Haven't used a dedicated old-fashioned software in ages. The interface basically repeats YouTube, but has a download button. The great part is that you can watch video.
Another interesting thing is Citrio Browser. It can download online video and extract audio from those videos.
