You're just looking in the wrong place. For example, Crossy Road has a privacy policy and it's available from their Google Play store page: http://www.crossyroad.com/privacy.html
This comes up every week or so.
Wow I looked at your games and realized that there are players in Crossy Road from Monument Valley!
But for OP, thats another one -- Crossy Road is loads of fun for hours
http://www.crossyroad.com/press/assets/crossy-road-collage.png looks like just cubes stretched and positioned wherever.
and probably render with orthographic camera (ie. no perspective)
edit: I realized I may have put that a bit too bluntly. Yea, the artstyle is basically just cubes thrown together, but good artist makes even a cube look cool :) (I sure can't)
Crossy Road (Free) - This is one of the games which was showcased at the keynote where the aTV4 was unveiled. A very simple game where you control an animal and need to cross as many roads as possible. The real fun starts when a friend joins (iOS version is free as well). Then, you can revive each other but also block each other.
It can be a bit tricky at first to get into multiplayer mode. Launch the game on your aTV4 and on your iOS device. Press the up-arrow in the bottom right corner on your iOS device and then choose the controller-icon. On your aTV4, then confirm that you want to do multiplayer mode.
