If you still have the Wii discs (unlikely judging by your comment), I recommend checking out http://www.dolphin-emu.org. Also check out the Wiki. It has a guide how to rip your own copies of Wii (and GameCube) games. Sites that host the ISOs have bad dumps. I found out after playing F-Zero GX in Dolphin. Got a good dump second time around.
