For the case, I recommend you disable any network connection (wifi/ethernet) and boot into a live cd with antivirus, like Dr. Web and scan the hard drive for a virus. https://free.drweb.com/aid_admin/?lng=en
Looks like some sort of free antivirus components that probably came bundled with one of the free programs you installed.
If you believe your PC is compromised the best way to clean it is by booting off safe medium before running AV program. You can use Kaspersky Rescue Disk or Dr.Web LiveDisk for this. Prepare USB stick on another PC that you know for certain is clean.
No worries.
It seems that this is one of those processes you can't tamper with or even access while it and Windows are running. It's the Volume Shadow Copy service, and as long as your copy of the executable is legitimate and not malware, it's supposed to be running. Did you originally run SFC in order to fix something that wasn't working, or simply as part of a routine maintenance regimen?
If you feel that this file has been corrupted, you might want to run an offline scan with a bootable antimalware program that will perform a rootkit scan on top of everything else. I like Dr.Web CureIt. If you're going to use that one, read up on it a little first. You can find a tutorial at the Dr.Web website. https://free.drweb.com/aid_admin/?lng=en This is a Russian company, and if for some reason that concerns you, BitDefender also makes a decent bootable antimalware program: https://www.bitdefender.com/support/how-to-create-a-bitdefender-rescue-cd-627.html There are others, but these are the two that I've used the most.
