It's a site full of crap and doesn't let you use adblock.
But you can just disable that message. Press f12, go to inspect, and delete this exact text:

It's on <html lang, then on <body bgcolor, it's the 3rd element.
Now you can browse it with adblock and no crap will get to you.
This site has all the streams, and always has a stream to both ESPN and NFL Network. When you click the link it'll take you to another page, you'll have to do the adblock process again, but then you're set.
