You need to report with video proof.
Besides there is a different platform for garena players to report. Its here

But either way. Garena support will still tell you to provide video proof
My garena just got fixed. I was having same problem guys. I don't know if it will work for everyone.I uninstalled my garena and downloaded it from https://www.garena.sg/gpc and then installed it. Its fixed :"D
Ah, that would be a problem since we aren't able to escalate anything to them. This account is for the Global version of Call of Duty: Mobile and they have a separate support channel and path for Garena. Find that here: https://www.garena.sg/support/
