First of all, awesome. Second of all, as far creating gifs go like /u/buoybuoy was asking about below, I'd recommend Gifox for Mac. It's got some handy keyboard shortcuts as well (though I'm still figuring out the best way to share them). Also, coincidentally I'm currently working on a little project that involves similar data regarding planets, but it only uses HTML/CSS and some vanilla JS. I'm also a bit of a noob, but here's a gif of it!. Also, link to my Github. Still tweaking a few things.
