Je peux le hoster ailleurs si besoin. Je l'avais récupéré avec Captvty (https://captvty.fr/) quand il était dispo.
Désolé les modos si ça enfreint les règles, mais ça me semble moins borderline que les Paywall étant donné que ça été mis à disposition gratuitement à un moment.

This link to the subtitles is OK, but the video linked by OP has been removed from Drive. It looks like this alternative source is working as of right now, and the video from this source lines up with these subtitles.
Note: I was only able to get this download to work in Internet Explorer, not Chrome (and had to do the CAPTCHA twice for some reason).
