There are probably tons and tons out there that are more important and/or interesting but for me personally I love http://goodfil.ms It's a website for rating the films that you've seen. You can rate them in terms of stars and rewatchability and it plots them on your own personal graph. You can also leave a 90 character review. I think it's a great site but not many people know about it. I'm obsessed with lists though which is probably why I like it so much.

You can rate films, add them to lists, and write comments. Also, when you build up a queue, you can filter it by films that are on Netflix, Hulu Plus, Amazon, etc.
