Might want to have a look a gwenview..not only does it include some filemanager capabilities like copy, move or delete but it also has export options including one for exporting to gdrive or google photo directly.

Well.. Though would be considered bloated if you aren't on KDE, Gwenview is small and fast img viewer. It just works and has the basic features you want. The keyboard shortcuts are intuitive and make it even faster.
