Can you alter the keybinds in-game at all? If so, just rebind to another key.
NUMPADINS would be the INSERT key on the numpad, usually the non-numlock '0' key. You can use an on-screen keyboard, which in Windows has every key. You may have to hit the 'options' key on the OSKB to enable the numpad.
You can use a key remapping program to temporarily or permanently create some hotkey to activate numpad insert.
You could use an external full keyboard, as well.
Your laptop MAY have a numpad in the other keys, but usually these buttons require the FN key to activate. If you have a way to turn off/on num-lock (On-screen keyboard), this will still activate the normal keys (INSERT, arrows, etc) for a non-numlocked pad. On my Dell Latitude E6420, if I turn off numlock and press FN+M, I get NUMPADINS keypress, though the key itself only has the 0 printed.
