If you buy a scanner or have a phone, register for http://www.libib.com/ and scan a shelf a day. It'll take 5-10 minutes depending on how quick you can scan. It's generally a pretty good site and you have the ability to edit any entries that don't have covers etc (if you care about that).
Nice collection. Seems your .hack// collection is as incomplete as mine.
I've been using Libib.com since my previous favorite tool bit the dust. Libib.com is great for cataloging books/music/movies. I have a sizable collection - 700 titles in books and 1000-ish in movies, and Libib lets me track lending and purchasing and such as much as I need to. I greatly appreciate there's a lot I can do with their free version, but I ponied up for their subscription option to have a little more control over the look/feel and power of the site.
I use Libib. It's not the best program, it has it's fair share of glitches and poor design decisions, but it's free, and has enough useful features (like a barcode scanner) that I'll keep using it until I can find a better alternative.
I've been very happy with http://www.libib.com/ -- It's free, scan the isbn bardcore with your iPhone and you can export as a CSV (comma seperated value) which you can import to Excel. Highly recommended.
