In my opinion, the best online store for small batch occult publishers is Miskatonic Books. They have a great selection of Limited Edition grimoires and general occult books. It's so much easier going to their site instead of having to constantly check each publisher's site on a regular basis.
Other than that I find some good stuff on Amazon but I go book hunting all most daily. I got to Goodwills, library sales, thrift shops, estate sales, used book stores, etc.
I plan on opening an occult book store in about 3 - 5 years so I'm constantly buying books.
You can view my entire collection here: http://www.librarything.com/catalog/Desertcore
Purchased from Amazon. They come in different packs, I bought a few of the set of 6 and installed them with dry wall screws that could hold 80 lbs each. Into a stud is probably the easier way to go.
I suggest getting your own hardware, the shelves are awesome but the hardware that came with it was just okay.
Edit: I would also suggest measuring everything out on the wall prior to mounting if mounting several in a similar way. We did this and just used pencil to mark where things went. Leaves a lot less room for error! :)
I have been on a Nietzche kick lately…. He is what we in the business call “problematic,” but he undoubtedly advanced philosophical school of thought. Beyond good and evil and Genealogy of morals are fundamental works of his, very eloquent. I revisit Rousseau every few months mostly because there is always more to unpack, and his prescience on inequality is insane haha.
On a side tangent, I recommend checking out Thomas Pynchon if you haven’t. He isn’t someone to recommend to just anyone, but clearly you have to ability to digest some dense literature. On a review of his works, someone once wrote “it takes some chewing but the aftertaste is worth it” lol! Try “The Crying of Lot 49” to see if you dig his style, its about 150 pages, and then look into his magnum opus “Gravity’s Rainbow” if he suits your fancy ;)
You can access all those and more on https://libgen.is if you are not yet familiar!! (You probably are but just in case!) sorry for the long winded response but if we’re talking books I’ll talk all day.
I sometimes worry about the gross imbalance between all the books I have, all the books I buy, and all the books I have actually read. I think Umberto Eco had a good perspective on it:
> Eco's library contained 30,000 books and tended to separate visitors into two categories: 'those who react with 'Wow! Signore professore dottore Eco, what a library you have! How many of these books have you read?' and the others — a very small minority — who get the point that a private library is not an ego-boosting appendage but a research tool. Read books are far less valuable than unread ones."

They now say unavailable. I know what you mean though, I had been searching for over 6 months and no one has any. It has been really frustrating.
Here’s a link to one on Amazon! Mine is a few inches shorter than this one, but still great!!

I got these local used, the individual shelves are 2 towers with the offset shelves bridging them, I did this with 3 of the 4 towers and offset the bridging shelves to sit in the middle tower, and I have the 4th tower as a spare shelf in our office. This is what mine are
But here's a very similar one I found on Amazon just now. Amazon version
They're made by a company called TeeTurtle. They have different animals as well but the octo's are the most popular. They turn inside out and they become a different colored octopus with a different mood. They're cute and fun.
This is the Heritage Press edition. Superior to the Folio Society since it has the indispensable footnotes.
It is but the smaller sibling of the original
Limited Editions Club edition
As you can see the columns are even better spread over 7 volumes, but the leather unfortunately was not a good choice and usually perishes.
The HP set has 3000 pages and the complete illustrations of Rome by Piranese. There are 6 maps included as the endpapers for the 3 volumes.
Bang for buck, this set is unrivalled.
Thanks man, they're all paperbacks and all published by harper collins, the main trilogy is a box set. I got them all in various charity shops so I'm not sure how much they cost. If your looking for hardbacks these are the ones I'm looking at getting.
It’s a collection of essays written by the LessWrong community [1]. They touch on alignment, coordination, free will, curiosity and other related topics.

I thought Ocarina of Time was alright. It's a bit disjointed, but it does add more depth to the story, so I think it's worth checking out if you like the game. Majora's Mask was decent and Link to the Past was pretty good, definitely the best out of the three for me. The art is very good in all of them, so they all have that going for them. They're relatively cheap on Amazon, so I think they'd probably be worth checking out if you're a fan of the series and can spare the money.

I mean if you are trying to keep dust off, your options are pretty much glass doors on the case(s) (other than like, HVAC filtration).
As far as not looking dusty, light colored shelves will hide dust better. I've never had a problem with my books themselves looking dusty. They basically only collect dust on top of the block and that's usually white.
For cleaning, I have a little duster like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07N1T9JN2/ Which I run along in front of the books to pick up most of the dust (my shelves are walnut, so they show dust pretty easily). For a really good cleaning of books, I have a brand new paintbrush that I use to give the top of the block a few wipes after blowing it off.
My wife's shelves are white and I can't see any dust on them at all, even though there is.
Definitely get a copy of Chemerinsky’s supplement . That’s a link to an older one, which should be just fine. Our con law book was not good at all, so I eventually just read this supplement. It is possibly the best and easiest way to learn con law, especially in conjunction with your textbook.
Hubs ordered these strip lights. I put the link below. He’s going to put them along the top (they are stickers) after the shelves are painted. The shelves will mainly hold books, but it will be nice to highlight them.

The desk I found for the room at a Habitat for Humanity re-store. I built the shelves using these brackets from amazon and standard 12 inch pine from Home Depot. I put a really light stain on them first too.

Cheers thankyou. I do own a chekhov short story book which I should more of. As for poetry it's not something Ive ever read exept haiku's so cheers for suggestions.
Is this the book your referring to? German philsophers
It has "other classics of eastern thought" included with the copy. It has The Art of War, The Tao Te Ching, Confucian Analects, The Great Learning, The Doctrine of the Man, and The Words of Mencius. It's a beautiful edition!
I just wanted to thank you because I love Patrick Ness and I was just about to read Monsters of Men (the last in the Chaos Walking trilogy) and I saw "The Crane Wife" on your shelf and hadn't heard of it before. In looking it up, I found out that he'd written 3 short stories in the Chaos Walking universe, one of which I should read before reading the third! Would probably never have realized this, so thank you for indirectly causing me to find it :D
Also props to On Writing :D Such a good book. Also loved Aristotle & Dante and We WEre Liars.
Great collection... What are the ones in the upper right that have the repeat bindings? Is it some kind of law book spread over multiple volumes? That seems huge. The most of one series I have is Donald Knuth's 'The Art of Computer Programming'
As someone who's doing a PhD in computer science and who loves books, I'm more frustrated that I don't understand every little thing from my most loved technical books than not having read them all. The Art of Computer Programming is only one of my love/frustration stories (and a very very nice book). I guess my problem has to do with the size of my mind, not the size of my bookshelf :).
This is very satisfying to watch you organize your book shelf. If you want you could use these acrylic shelf dividers for organizing them and give it a nice display.
Looks great and more shelves please. Also if you want you could use these acrylic shelf dividers on your shelves.
Nice shelving unit. On the top where your cameras and lens are you could use these acrylic shelf dividers to keep them organized for display.
I found this book on amazon its like a horror/comedy book series and I love the combo of this I recommend it 9/10 https://www.amazon.ca/Seaside-One-Yebon-Yang/dp/B09FS9NWXL and I think your books are somewhat like it
Coming from someone who has no formal education in this area. I found it very informative and I learned a lot about many things I had questions about. It also helped me do my own independent research on certain subjects mentioned in the book. I really enjoyed reading it and it sparked more interest in the late neolithic, calcolithic and eventually bronze ages. After this I read Mesopotamia, The Invention of the City which further expanded my interests in late prehistory and very early human history. Both are a pretty good read and I recommend both!
One thing that got annoying quick though. Was how the author would make a mini scene as the ghost of John Lubbock exploring these sights as a visitor in the time they were populated. At first it was neat and helped me to visualize the places. But by the time I got halfway through the book I quickly lost interest in them and would merely skim over those paragraphs.
This is beautiful and is it wall mounted? Looks amazing. Was thinking you could add these acrylic shelf dividers if you wanted to display a nice look.
Looks amazing. It’s like a floating shelf. If you want you could try adding these acrylic shelf dividers just to give it a unique display.

He gets more commission from this than the other editions.

I got it from a store called POTEY on Amazon, but I just checked and it looks like they aren't currently selling it. It's this one, though: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08295Y8XS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I recently had to get a few bookends for my open bookshelf. These were the heaviest two I got:
Ambipolar Geometric Decorative... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09D3HHBGY?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Skull Book Ends Gothic, Lifesize... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B094NTSN1C?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
My kitties aren't troublemakers in this vein, but I can't imagine them pushing these around too easily. Also take a look at Etsy for similar heavy bookends!
Found a couple of links! The Abe books one is quite cheap but there is a copy for £250!
Thank you!
Just checked and it's still available on Amazon! Not only that, the price dropped to 16 euros if you don't mind a second hand book. It include three novels: Interview with a vampire, Lestat the Vampire and The Queen of the Damned.

Don't be fooled by the first picture and look at the fourth to see what I meant with the sticker. There's also a boxed edition which I believe is the exact same, just in a box (I have them without the slipcase).
This edition is cheap in my country . . .
