Yep there are other dominant chains like Fred Meyer in OR, WA, ID & AK. Here is a map of just their Seattle area locations.
I dunno. This is not my area of expertise. But if you need something dynamic and quick, you might need a database.

You can upload csv’s of addresses, draw lines around a group you want to route. The software will determine the quickest order. You can share the results with other devices or export.
Census divisions maybe? Obviously there's some huge, basically empty divisions to the north. But this looks reasonable overall. Certainly the right order of magnitude.
