i believe this is what you are looking for. found it here on this sub actually.. it's promoted as being a note taking app but it will do exactly what your asking, and is quite simple.

I know what you mean. After a hard serarch and much trying, i'm happy with meemo.
Not sou much features, no site ripping but simple, minimal, markdown an hashtag support.
And the mobile interface is very good.
