1.) why would the Xbox app need to be ARM64 when 99.99% of the games are x86-64 only. What MS needs is to start compiling undies and AA games to ARM64 also starting with Ori and the Will of the wisps, bleeding Edge, Grounded and get other ID@xbox games they add to game pass to do the same. Only then will an ARM64 Xbox app be necessary. Even so, MS is relying on xCloud for gaming on the X. When that support comes to win10 this year, then they will definitely make the Xbox app ARM64.
Minecraft on MS Store shows x86, x64, ARM, and ARM64 support.
3.) Adobe is bringing their entire CC suite to ARM64 including the two UWP apps and rest of win32 apps.
4.) Staffpad just added ARM64 support to their app this week.

I'm not getting ads in any of the normal play modes. Just in the landing page for the "daily challenge" mode. You can stop that by:
Though it will also break the "daily challenge" mode since the daily challenge is downloaded from the internet.
Alternatively, you can add the following into your windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file:
127.0.0.1 adbroker.mp.dse.microsoft.com
Which will stop most the ads, but not the upsells to the premium version of minesweeper (which is loaded from the same domain as some of the challenge stuff you presumably want to keep working. This fix might break later if MSFT changes the domain they use.
I really like the version they released with Windows 10. It even has an adventure mode where you're a guy going through a dungeon.
