The Momentum app is a great iOS/macOS/watchOS digital alternative. The key is, as you explain, not to add all prospective habits at once or it will feel like a chore and you’ll be more likely to skip.
I've tried some of those, and Momentum seems to be the most polished (IMO). But I changed it for Focuster to store my actions, tasks, plans in one place well integrated with Google calendar. This approach works better for me.
