I've tried a lot of this kind of apps, and the best I've found is MoneyLover - https://moneylover.me/ . It has everything you asked for, and even more. The UI is pretty and simple.
If I remember correctly you can have up to 4 accounts in the free version.
I've been using it for a year already, and I still log my expenses there.
Heya dude!
I've actually done exactly this for the past 5 or 6 years. I've never bothered with YNAB or Mint (although I do use Personal Capital), because the act of manually entering in a dollar amount the second I spend it has such a strong mental weight for me.
I primarily use a smartphone app for this, as I have my phone on me at all times on the go, unlike a keyboard and computer. There's quite a few money tracking apps out there, and most of them support exporting data to CSV files if you need to look at them on Excel or something (I haven't found this necessary personally, just knowing a general average/ballpark of my monthly spending is usually enough).
I use Money Lover for Android (https://moneylover.me) personally and liked it enough to shell out for the paid version. It has a ton of features, but honestly all I need is the ability to type in how much I spent, for what, and see how much I spent that month. Like I said, there's a ton of apps out there, just search for something along the lines of "money tracker" and you'll be good.
Hope that helped!

Pros: very easy to manage, reports are automatically charted, multiple wallets, not a lot of fuss when recording income/expenses, has budgeting feature, can also be widget in ios, supports ipad, accessible through web browser as well!
Cons: free for only 1 wallet; need to pay a one time fee for premium, budgets are only for one wallet at a time (but you can do multiple budgets it wont apply to all of your wallets)
Focus: savings/expenses/budgets - if you are just starting your journey, tracking your expenses and income is the first step! the charts in the reports helped me so much in visualizing how much i spent on non-essential stuff every month. i havent gone deeper into investments yet so this app feels perfect for my use case atm
For most basic use of income/expense tracking, this is the best. I tried doing manually in google sheets but i hated the accessibility and visuals so an app like this is much more preferable.
I'm currently using Moneylover.me but they don't integrate with EU banks. Wallet got my attention because of that.
Can they integrate with multiple accounts from the same bank? Like me and my wife, both separate accounts from the same bank/country?
Hey! I am freelancer at Upwork and I use Money Lover app. (I use the Pro version). I also start a freelancing community called KICKSTART FREELANCING. Feel free to check it out.
Money Lover tud kb. mindent amit a YNAB . Teljesen testre szabható, beállíthatóak megtakarítási célok, budget kategóriák és persze lehet vezetni a költségeket személyre szabott kategóriákban. Egyszeri 1000 Ft-ba került a reklámmentesség, de bőven megérte.
