From what I've gathered from the Internet, Nero Burning ROM should be able to burn multiple discs at the same time. You should only check "Use multiple recorders" box.
You might want to try re-encoding the MP3s in question. This seems to work for me for some of the podcasts that give me issues under Google play. Just re-encode to the highest quality. I use Nero WaveEditor. You can find it as a free tool from Nero here:

I figured about IE, I was just giving you a hard time considering its preloaded/autoupdated.
The other nice thing about my setup, the majority of it installs in 1 click. PDF-xchange and ffdshow are the only essentials ninite leaves out.
Also since nobody asked about tixati; utorrent and their mpaa agreements make me nervous. Sometimes I prefer the underdog. If you like trillian, check out http://www.palringo.com/en/gb/ Still ugly at times, but written in C++ and lots of platform support.
Finally, I saw you suggested some transcoding software. This will be the one place I recommend pay for software bloat. Nero Recode is second to none. Ipod, psp, anything that does mpeg4. I have not used nero in a couple versions and it has WAAAY to much shit with it. Luckily the installer lets you strip things out. Still worth paying for, even if you only use Recode. http://www.nero.com/enu/downloads-nero10-hd-trial.php http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nero_Digital
There's a million free ones, but I like Nero. Here's their free version:
