Nice. I tool almost the exact same path and thought process and ended up with this outbound sales email builder :) https://www.onepagecrm.com/sales-email-builder
I have tried this traction channel many times and it works great.
Schau dir mal OnePageCRM an.
Check out OnePageCRM - https://www.onepagecrm.com/
We have been using it for less than 6 months, but very happy with the simplicity, and "Next Action Sales" method.

Yeah I should have specified for this particular project in my initial reply. Yeah I looked through your history and saw what you are making. That is quite the undertaking. As an aside, in my opinion a great example of a small company creating a product as a service is https://www.onepagecrm.com/. I think I initially heard about them on this subreddit very early on in there process. I have no affiliation with them. They solved a single problem (CRM's being overly complicated) very well. They have been very slow to add features, but have been focusing on their core product. It is not a solution for everyone and I outgrew it with another company, but they have done a great job focusing on a niche and staying in that niche. I like watching them, because I feel like they are a rare startup that isn't getting distracted from their core goal when making software as a service. I don't know how they are doing financially, but I hope well, and they appear to be growing. Might be some good inspiration.
https://www.onepagecrm.com/ has the next action sales process you mention. You cannot finish with any contact without setting what their next action needs to be. (Full disclosure I work here but I used them for years before hand :) )
https://www.onepagecrm.com/ (I work there!) is one of the simplest CRMS and works with various form apps like Wufoo .
But for connecting different systems I am a huge fan of http://zapier.com/. Even if you do not go with a CRM you can use https://parser.zapier.com/ with your existing forms and send that data into a google spreadsheet to keep a record.
