What is Reddit's opinion of OutWiker?

Good idea, but how do you retrieve all this recorded info when you want to find something specific in 100s of articles? Is there a tool where we can have the URL of the story in one box, a title box, a summary box, and maybe some tags so we could search on tags for, say, Trump? Or Comey? Or fake news? Or North Korea?

There is free Outwiker which is an offline wiki, that uses tags, but each entry uses a Wiki language that I'm not familiar with. Also each wiki page is a separate file so wiki entry size is only limited by the OS file size.
