Posteo is a simple email hosting service. It is not fully encrypted like the others you suggest, but that means you can use IMAP and therefore choose your own client.
NextCloud can be provided as a hosted service, I use OwnDrive.com
OpenStreetMap is not really useful on it's own. It is not like Wikipedia in this regard. For Android/Apple users I would instead recommend Maps.me (which uses OSM data). I don't really have a recommendation for a non-mobile version but this is probably a good place to look

For storage I use OwnDrive.com
They're using NextCloud and charge €30 per year for 15GB.
I don't know about FastMail but I chose Posteo.net over ProtonMail as it supports IMAP and therefore allows me to choose my own email client.
