Hi guys, i want to share my experience,
I think there are lots of knowledge sharing systems nowadays. That’s why it is not so easy to select the correct one. Most of the knowledge sharing systems are not human-mind friendly, because they are complex and if you want to find a document, you have to remember lots of nested folders. Furthermore there are lots of other problems to solve to enable effective knowledge sharing.
I can recommend two effective tools except Confluence that are worth considering.
1) Bloomfire is a knowledge sharing systems for teams too, it is smilar to Confluence but more expensive. It is more expensive because Bloomfire has more interesting features like Semantic search etc... It depens on whether you need this extra features. Then you can think to pay extra.
2) Papirux is an interesting alternative, if you bored from Confluence. Papirux is designed to solve these problems that are not for human-mind. That’s why it is easy to use, effective for teams. You can try it at least 14-Day free.
You can find how to use tutorial of Papirux in youtube. It is less than 10 minutes in total.
Thanks guys to all...
