Here's a big list I put together
What kind of interactivity are you looking for? Simple clickthroughs? http://Proto.io is working checking out, but they really over charge. http://fluid.ui is another one with a worse ui.
You should have lead your post with the fact that you do have some relevant skills, just not programming or money. Looks like your skillset is product design which is actually pretty useful.
I was about to go on a rant about how your idea is doomed until I realized that you do actually have something to contribute to your project.
You're in a much harder position to make it a reality without any financing or programming skills, but work super insanely hard on the app designs and try doing a functional prototype. Try POP or Proto.io that might give you a sense of how fleshed out it is. Also you need to learn the shit out of how to run a real business, so that you can bring something to the table there as well. Like really understand how businesses work - you shouldn't be guessing that your niche is potentially lucrative you need to do market analysis to prove you know that it is lucrative. And prove that to yourself, not just to BS other people into working with you. Have a real marketing plan that doesn't involve "it will be a hit" or "viral" - how will you make people use your app?
Keep working on prototyping, doing the designs. Build up your business model and marketing plans. Make a friggin Powerpoint deck. Meet with every programmer you can find. Shop it around and see if anyone bites at wanting to partner on it.
It might take a while but if you have a convincing product design, market research and a plan to promote your app, those are things programmers don't typically have and its something worth partnering on.
I don't know, ask this jerk, he's the one the made lol http://proto.io/freebies/onoff/
But seriously that just seems to be the UX standard. I wasn't trying to be unique with the button, instead I just wanted it to be similar to how most slider buttons function.
I'll do understand where you're coming from though and I'll think more about it.
Thanks for your reply!

You should definitely consider an Enterprise option, unless you plan to position your app solely for freelancers. I'm at an app development studio, and I have used proto.io before among others for quick demo, so I'd be interested to find out how your app can help address the pain point of our team differently than others. Will try to download it tomorrow at work.
