First download RocketDock from here: https://punklabs.com/. Then download the icon pack from the link I provided in my first comment. Open the .zip archive -> PNG folder, copy the icons you would like to use, create a new folder somewhere in your hard drive and paste them there (do not move said folder after that). Make shortcuts of the programs you would like to see on the dock, open RocketDock and drag the shortcuts to the dock. Click the right mouse button over an icon and then select "Icon Settings" -> look for a small "+" sign in the settings menu, click it and select the folder in which you copied the icons from the icon pack earlier -> choose desired icon and voila! You can then customize size, opacity and so on by pressing the right mouse button on the dock -> "Dock settings".
RocketDock still works just fine. Only thing you have to fix is shortcuts from the 64-bit Program Files folder that are dragged into it, because it was created before 64-bit computers were the norm.
Fix them this way:

I usually search Google for whatever program + icon + png, but a .jpg can be converted to a .png image with a transparent background (using the magic wand tool, then Edit > Erase Selection) in Paint.NET.
RocketDock still works just fine. Only hiccup is sometimes you have to remove (x86) from the target path in icon settings, because the software was made before there were 2 Program Files folders in Windows.

RocketDock is still available. It hasn't been updated in a while. But it will run on Win10. I will tell that you some shortcuts to 64 bit apps may have trouble. But the the way around it is to create a Symbolic Link (mklink /d) to the folder in Program Files (x86). https://punklabs.com/
