One last thought, as I knock back my last drink, yes I had a bit of skin in this ROFX (now looks like a scam) the 3 logos for the various government agencies that are showing up on rofx.net:
1 looks real, but the Dept of Justice and the ICE ones Do NOT match the current seals showing on their sites! not even close! Just more evidence leading to the fact all its all a scam by ROFX. .. Like the old Steve Miller Song: take the money and run! .. that is all
The rofx.net might not get renewed, but they certainly bought brkrofx.com look at the link it tells you their IP ADDRESS. They can't hide. https://www.thesiterank.com/stats/?domain=brkrofx.com
I have been a customer for 2 years, I have not tired to withdraw. I was little shocked to see the DNS when I checked the site this morning. A friend who is also invested sent me a screen shot stating DHS seized this site rofx.net. I checked the DHS and could not find a reference to ROFX or its site. I am on the side of lavee383 of take a deep breath and hold off on sounding the alarms. Trust me I understand concerns when it involves "our money", however knee jerk reactions are often just that.
Nope, site is down and phone's busy. I don't get the "site seized" message though. The site just appears to be down. Getting this message here : <<It looks like the webpage at https://rofx.net/ might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED>>
I tend to agree with you. I pinged rofx.net and got a connection. I used tracert rofx.net and was also able to reach the website. So, something may have occurred at the dns server level. However, the company needs to communicate more proactively with their clients. A simple email would go far to calm the many concerned investors.
I be happy to be in contact with your attorney, could you post it here so that everyone including myself could have the opportunity to reach out to your attorney. Does your attorney charge the fee after they reclaim our money or are they asking for a fee up front? Thanks so much...any thoughts from your attorney about Ice seizing the Rofx.net website? I really don't see any type of reclamation but really curious what your attorney has said to you so far about the seizing of the website Rofx.net. Thanks again for your great work.
their only contact is the phone number on their website rofx.net and emails which are [email protected] and [email protected]. Apparently there is another email which is [email protected] but I never got any response from them.
The phone number's are useless because the guy at all costs will tell you that he's only the first line of support and does not have any details on accounts. He says he is in the Miami office. if you call the London number it gets routed back to the same guy.
I can recommend Rofx, but it is more for newcomers, who have no clue how to trade be themselves. Since you are are professional trader, it might be too simple and not interesting for you.
I can recommend you https://rofx.net/. They have very simple registration process and the most simple and user friendly interface. Also you will like their price for Bitcoin. Oh, and they do not have withdrawal fee.
You should definitely try https://rofx.net/. Same day money withdrawal and one of the best exchange rates (you can check it here https://rofx.net/for-customers).
Service is not so popular as others, that is why they have so good conditions. Better hurry up before they become more famous and start lowing exchange rates.
