Hey, you may be interested in this. The guys over at se7engaming have modded game types with certain options edited. These include:
No sprint Oddball, KotH, CTF, Slayer, Griffball (GT: Lord Zedd or MurderFXR)
Classic Infection (marines instead of flood and hammer/sword/stickies equipped)
Tutorial to mod out instant spawn.
I have been using the Flood weapon editor and sent someone the Binary Flood gametype for a Marine v Predator :D
As for the custom game nights, I host every one or two weeks and I'd gladly add anyone else for it but I need a more coordinated effort like the guys over at /r/communitycustomsday or /r/theterminal. Whoever joins first is in and if we need more players we send out invites. My next hosting is the saturday the 22nd at 7pm GTM+1/CET. Here is a link for my current time.
edit: stocked up on 20+ custom games with corresponding maps :D
First off - love your business niche! I was talking about this a couple of years ago as it seemed like a real/amazing opportunity. Great to hear you've found success in it!
We've been using a new tool baked into our marketing automation tool (Hubspot), but previously we used:
It's a pretty robust calendar application that integrates with Google Calendar, can have multiple people/teams, can use different links for different meetings, etc. You can block out periods of time you're available, have it automatically block out time that's not available from your Google Calendar, etc.
One thing we've been struggling with, though, is scheduled meetings with MULTIPLE attendees. Schedule Once allows for this, but it's not as clear/automatic as we'd like it to be.
I used Calendly and ScheduleOnce (not free). Also, have heard good feedback about AcuityScheduling and TimeBridge.
https://ga.youcanbook.me/ and http://www.scheduleonce.com/meetme.aspx have worked well for me in the past!
No client registration on both. If I recall correctly, scheduleonce requires appointment makers to just provide a subject, name, and brief description; not sure about youcanbook.me since I haven't used it in a while.
