Sorry, not really. When I need to deal with something requiring javascript, I usually just write a site-specific tool myself. I liked Scrapbook for Firefox, but I think it no longer works with modern Firefox.
Web Scrapbook is fundamentally incompatible with Scrapbook X. That is the big one that makes the 57 upgrade a no go.
All that Web Scrapbook does is save a page which anyone can do anyways with "File → Save As". To give a sense of how huge the difference is here's a real simple test case:
By comparison do the same thing with Web Scrapbook in FF57 and you'll see all Web Scrapbook does is capture the page as an HTZ. There is no treeview or searchable system in browser. All of the old material is completely inaccessible. I need the ability to access all of this data the same way as how I accessed it previously.
2 months has passed. How's it going? Do you still develop it?
I just need features of the origin scrapbook. If the new Scrapbook could be as good as it, you do a favour to many users.
web-scrapbook lacks many features.
BTW, I think it should be an add-on instead of plug-in?

Per that "troubleshooting" page ...
|Where are my collected data stored?
They are stored in 'ScrapBook' directory in your profile folder. The file named 'scrapbook.rdf' is a XML/RDF that manages tree structure of your collection, and each items you collected are in 'data' directory.
Did you copy that "directory" into your new Profile folder?
