fyi, I develop SD Maid.
> Could you provide some information about what the app actualy does?
http://sdmaid.darken.eu/help is a good resource.
tl;dr It offers tools to do stuff to apps or find specific files (duplicates, remains etc, i.e. free storage).
> I know it closes background apps, clear cache, etc, but they all do...
SD Maid does not close background apps like that, there is no "task killer", "ram cleaner", "booster" (or what ever else euphemism there is for it) feature. I don't consider just closing all apps a good thing to do. You can tell SD Maid to try to kill a specific app and SD Maid will close apps if it is necessary to do so to complete a task.
> Does the experience/profissionality of the developers interfeers in a "strong" way? Or the apps are programmed according to a standart?
Experience matters a lot. There are coding standards, and Android standard, but those standards don't ensure you build a "good" app, for that you need experience (and no one enforces the standards). How to write an app is all up to the developer, which is why so many people complain about "the phone slowing down". Shitty code ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
There is no "magic" way to improve device performance. If an app talks about boosting/improving/turbocharging/whatever your phone, apps or battery and it's suspiciously vague on the details, your bulllshit meter should go off.
As /u/anonymous-bot said, add an exclusion:

The CorpseFinders sdcard filter targets all "sdcard" type storage locations.
SD Maid generally does not do any RAM management or even display it. It would be great if you could correct the Italian translation to be less confusing in this regard. http://sdmaid.darken.eu/translation
Maybe "storage" in Italian ?
