We're using SupportBee as a ticketing system with some guided troubleshooting as our Tier 1. If the customer opens the ticket after the walkthrough, they can paste in the relevant info and it goes to a developer and the relevant exec team member. Integrated with Slack (for alerts) and our internal mailing list (for archival purposes).
We're building out the troubleshooting guide as we go.
