I would use StoryGraph. I know a lot of people are also recommending GoodReads, but I've found StoryGraph to be more useful for at-a-glance information. There is a minimized section for content warning submitted by readers/reviewers. I like that StoryGraph has this feature and gives the users the option to ignore it if they don't want to be "spoiled", but is there for people who need it.

Some authors include trigger warnings and spice levels on their websites.
You can also check the StoryGraph, which crowdsources trigger warnings and other meta information about books from readers.
Nice! That will make this book reach even further. However, consider using an alternative to the Amazon-owned Goodread's site to track your reading. I'm a big fan of the relatively new startup Storygraph.
I haven't tried it out, but I've been watching uncarley on yt a lot (if you don't know her, she's usually doing various book related videos) and she was once sponsored by Likewise and she often links her account on Story Graph. Both are apps that track your reading history and recommend you a book. Both look cool, but like I said, haven't tried them out.
Check out The Story Graph website! I love this site; it breaks your reading history down into various categories and offers suggestions, keeps track of your reading, etc.
Storygraph. I use the website but I think I saw the app in the app store. Also, it lets you upload all your Goodreads data so you don't have to spend forever moving everything.

The StoryGraph does this. They have a personalized similar book search (I think this is part of the and you can also search by genre, themes, etc. You can also import your GoodReads library.
It's still missing some features that I think some people have come to expect in these sort of apps. However, it's recommendations are really good and it's still in development.
Huh I found Locksmith’s Daughter to be most graphic (the torture and the miscarriage) followed by Lady Brewer (graphic rape and graphic description of what a burn victim goes through)
TL;DR kinda
The Darkest Shore has very graphic torture scenes but no rape. If you could stomach The Locksmith’s Daughter torture you will be fine with The Darkest Shore
The Good Wife of Bath starts with sexual assault and follows up with a child being forced to marry an old man who she eventually has ‘consensual’ sex with, in the middle of the book it has domestic violence with marital rape that culminated in a murder. It is the least graphic in terms of sexual violence which says a lot.
From my other recommendations The strange adventures of H has graphic rape but other two don’t
I also recommend checking out StoryGraph, or Unconsenting Media for content warnings.
I use Goodreads to track my books but I'm not crazy about the app (it seems dated and never has the features I want). I'm thinking of switching over to StoryGraph this year. I've never tried it so I can't say if it is any good, but I figurd I'd mix things up.
I completely agree about Bookstagram. I feel like it is all YA and contemporary romance, which doesn't really appeal.
I use r/suggestmeabook to find new stuff and currently have an entire TBR bookshelf in my house with 100+ books on it. My goal for the year is to read only books I own so I might have to unsubscribe from book related things for a while - they fuel my terrible book-buying habit!
If you're interested in a forum to look up book info and record what you've read and you don't want to support Amazon, check out Story Graph. I saw it recommended here on Reddit. It can download your Goodreads lists, too.

I don’t know of an integrated site but if you are looking for something independent of Amazon then try the StoryGraph - I really like it as an alternative to GoodReads (and you can import your GR history).
I started also using thestorygraph.com as well as goodreads to track what I read and write short reviews mostly to remind myself why I rated a book the way I did.
I find that the storygraph makes great recommendations - based on your reading history and reviews. You can easily upload your goodreads info to storygraph. https://www.thestorygraph.com/
