I think Ultimate Edition does have the Steelbook, since none of the Steelbook Editions are listed here and UE says "Contains CE and physical items." UE will also probably have some sort of case to contain all the items, since TR2013 and Rise both did.

Being a girl and playing Tomb Raider in 1996. I was blown away that there was a game where the girl was the main character. I'm still blown away by the graphics of the newest version. Played the newest version on a big screen 2 months ago...A.MAZ.ING!
