What is Reddit's opinion of Torch Browser?

There you have it. It's easier on the laptop. Personally I dl everything off RARBG. There's no lag and I don't have to fight servers for bandwidth or files. Then I use Torch to watch everything, because all the codecs are up to date always!

There are many ways. On Windows, the laziest thing is probably to use a browser with a built-in downloader. Like this one or find some extension to your Chrome/Firefox.

Or paste the Reddit URL into some dedicated downloader application. Like JDownloader.

For those who are not afraid of command-lines, youtube-dl also works with reddit. You need to open a command-prompt. Take note which directory it starts at (if it says C:\Users\Raider\_Rash> then that's your home directory and where the video will end up). The command youtube-dl <url> will find the video and download it.

For example, to get this video, copy https://www.reddit.com/r/PoliticalHumor/comments/aeduyp/if_there_is_a_concrete_wall_in_front_of_you/ from the address. Go to cmd. Type
youtube-dl and right-click and paste.

(Why did I not copy the full URL? Because there is an "&" so you would need quotation marks ... but you don't need that.)
