I've tried Uber Conference successfully. Also check https://appear.in, depending on your needs it may be enough.
For WebEx and GotoMeeting unfortunately I have to use a dedicated Windows system (GotoMeeting HTML5 support does not work consistently well and won't let you lead / present / share screens).
Sound is also a big problem, in the end I decided to pay unlimited LD in NorthAmerica on my cell phone and join GTM sessions with both the Windows system and a regular phone line.
Para 10 personas o menos te recomiendo https://www.uberconference.com/ todo el mundo se puede unir online y puedes compartir pantalla.
Los otros tools the conozco (como gotomeeting) creo que no son gratis.
Hey, I know this is random, but since Rona19 is happening, I found a couple of guys doing Bible study and I know this week they are talking Revelations! I just thought I share:
It's everyday:
6:30 AM EST
8:30 PM EST

Features says Maximum Conference duration 5 hours for the paid plan. The free version is 40 minutes. And yes some rare times we do have calls past 5 hours. Didnt really understand the last sentences.
I can't offer much help in terms of having experienced your need but a service like this: https://www.uberconference.com/features/salesforce seems to solve your needs, have you looked into it?
^(Also your "step further" of sending the invites through Salesforce should be the first step as it seems much simpler than syncing up a third party integration lol)
Setting up an uberconference this afternoon (2/4/17) and then doing a broader KF call Monday or Tuesday.
Time: 3:30EST/12:30PST
Join the call: https://www.uberconference.com/peter683
Optional dial in number: 401-283-2610
PIN: 37101
Hope to catch some of you then,
Peter

> Can people dial-in with a phone only?
If they have a smartphone and a data plan, sure. Otherwise as /u/mcowger said, use https://www.uberconference.com/hangouts
> And can people join the video hangout without needing to log into a Google account?
No, you'd need a Google account.
>Can people dial-in with a phone only?
Combined with UberConference, yes, they they: https://www.uberconference.com/hangouts
Otherwise they have to be invited.
> And can people join the video hangout without needing to log into a Google account?
This wasn't listed as a restriction above, but indeed, you need a google account to join the conference (but you can always create a google account just for business purposes).
You could use Lync but it would be rather a lot to setup, you'd be better off using this service, free to try and has been suggested on this subreddit several times for being quite excellent at conferencing
We are using GoToMeeting and IMO it's far worse. Similar reliability issues, inconsistant service, changing numbers, too many hoops for meetings, etc.
I don't have a "best" for you, but I've been evaluating Uber Conference and Any.Meeting as viable options. Both are nice to use, but with our distributed team we haven't had very good luck with the video side of things. Audio is mostly okay, but even that can be iffy at times, even with good connectivity.
