Yep you cleared the RAID block from the drives as soon as you moved to JBOD->RAID or vice versa on the icy box. Luckily your data is safe. Get ufs explorer http://www.ufsexplorer.com/download_stdrr.php you should be able to recreate the raid virtually without writing on the drives and see your data
