I'm an idiot. That's for not or
Yeah I have been working on this on and off for about 2 years and I know there are tons of workout trackers online, but I felt they were all lacking in something or another so decided to make my own. I would love for you guys to give me some feedback to see what can be improved or what you like.
You can access the site via: http://weightroom.uk
I have always logged my workouts, I even made a workout tracker (http://weightroom.uk) because I like doing it so much. But I never used to record myself, until a few weeks ago when I started. I wanted to see what my form was like as I almost always workout alone. I think its worth it as it doesn't take much effort and you can actually see what you are doing. And personally my form has improved a lot in the few weeks I have been recording myself but that might because my form was sadly pretty shit when I first recorded. Plus If you're someone who likes to look back from where you have come from it could be a good motivator as you'll easily be able to see how you've improved.
I set it to lb in the log itself, but my settings were still set to kg since I didn't adjust my settings first. Since I thought this was the issue to begin with I deleted the log after changing settings to lbs, but even after reentering the log I get the same thing.
EDIT - I deleted the log and tried it again and the loads are correct this time. Avg. Intensity, sets, and reps are still wrong though, showing exactly the same as the original screenshot I posted.
