I had a little problem after upgrading to windows 10, for some reason my PC used all my 16GB ram, that was because my registry was full of crap because it was just a upgrade and not a fresh install (I had to do a fresh install after upgrading)
Also you can go into device mananger and see if you find your AMD driver there that you can't uninstall, uninstall it there and you should be good to reinstall it :) Some drivers gets bugged up after a upgrade/formate, i've seen this a few times with the Intel ME driver
