Founder of https://wreeto.com here.
While screenshots (attachments) feature is in beta, I would love to see If my app (side project) solves any way of your problem.
The idea is that you can take a note by writing down or copying whatever you want and by this way build your own little, personal and valuable internet.
Imagine that when you think about something, you actually search in your knowledge, memories, things to remember or things you have just seen somewhere, someday in the past.
Searching Google to find a solution is very intelligent because Google did all the work to match your search and offer you with almost proper results. Be careful, almost means that someone else believe you'll benefit much from their results. And their results are mixed with ad commissions and lots of bloat.
You shouldn't just wonder about keeping or not something. At the time you did this, you considered a comment valuable and this should stay in your "second brain's" database. You process the information by tagging it e.g. #reddit #comment #woodworking #ideas
and leave it there to exist, without having to think about it.
I would be very interested to talk about it all day. Handling endless stacks of information is my passion so don't hesitate to send me a PM If you have any questions.

You can try using https://wreeto.com (spoiler: founder here)
There is no web clipper right now, but it could be added to the roadmap If there's demand for it.
If you strive for simplicity, wreeto will be just the perfect fit for you. It's very easy to create a note in text or markdown format.
That's why it's fast and easy to do so.
You won't find any complex never-going-to-use features here. The goal is to decrease user distraction as much as possible, so people will use wreeto as a notebook with just the necessary parts. We are going to extend user's pen and paper notebooks, by making it as easy to write down everything and then make some useful from it.
It's not expected from a note-taking app to do video editing or search in audio, this is terrible in my opinion. Bookmarks are valuable pieces of information but there are great apps as Pocket that will be integrated soon. Also, everyone is free to keep a bookmark as a note in a bookmarks folder, and that's what our app does for now.
There is a free version - no more 10 seconds to signup and try it out :)
