https://xtremedownloadmanager.com/
entres autres.
Photoshop = GIMP(check out PhotoGIMP as well)
Video editor = kdenlive
Audio editor = audacity
Media Player = VLC and Celluloid
IDM = Xtreme Download Manager
> External memory viewer
I suppose you meant an app to access contents of a memory card. If so, then your default file manager can do that.
xtreme download manager is close to IDM (in cases of video notification thingy). Then there is jdownloader2, it has a browser addon, but not sure about the video notification.
I thought so. You need to download it from their official site. The tar.xz file contains installation instruction.
Yeah, it's wise to not blindly install app through terminal without prequisite knowledge. You can use apt show packagename
to read the package description if you insist on using terminal. I ended up always looking for official site for whatever apps I'm installing.
If the github impartus downloader doesn't work, as provided by another user.
Try Xtreme Download Manager. It can capture videos from browsers and download them.
Use XDM, then just copy and paste the YouTube link or if you install the browser extension a 'Download Now' button will pop up on YouTube then just select a quality then when a conformation box appears select mp3 it will convert the video into mp3 for you.
