I had a look at the Zpanel website and struggled to work out what it actually did. Apparently
ZPanel is a free to download and use Web hosting control panel written to work effortlessly with Microsoft Windows and POSIX (Linux, UNIX and MacOSX) based servers or computers. This solution can turn a home or professional server into a fully fledged, easy to use and manage web hosting server.
A little more detail about what you have in mind would be useful. Speaking off the cuff I'd say that yes you can use Zpanel on a RasPi but it will only support the very lightest of loads.
The above wasn't for cPanel, cPanel costs $200 yearly, price is here for monthly and etc. http://cpanel.com/pricing/
I was explaining above how to set up something you have on a LAMP/LEMP stack without cpanel, and you later can set up something like http://www.zpanelcp.com/ http://www.webmin.com/
the distro is installed for you when you choose LEMP 14.04 it is ubuntu 14.04
