They have a version for Iphones as well. It makes you do pushups in several sets and you do it 3 times a week. I generally just do them throughout the day rather than all in one sitting; I've found it helps either way. If you're doing 100-200 pushups a day, 3-4x a week, you should easily do 50+ pushups.
They also have an app for situps as well called the 200 situps app.
