What I'm trying to say is that for each day, such as week 1, day 2, I have to repeat it several times before I feel that I can progress to the next day. I do take a day off between each session. The reason that I feel like not being able to progress to the next day is because I usually struggle a lot during the last set. You can see how each day is repeated several times by looking at the log above. Very frustrating.
