If you're quick at the match 3 mechanic, give 10000000 a try. If, like me, you're not, give Puzzle Quest 2 a shot. Pretty sure it's a pay once to unlock sort of IAP.
Have you tried 10,000,000?
EDIT: Sorry, please ignore. You requested for a free game.
EDIT: Try Puzzle Forge 2 instead.
Why not both? Endless levels, but with a set variety and randomness. As they progress they can run different endless courses. In my mind I'm thinking about a cross of 10,000,000 or Super Hexagon with your more typical endless game.
10 Million and YMBAB are both good games with some hectic action filled matching style puzzle game play. They are also both inexpensive, so you'd have lots of your credit left. Both games are premium, no ads, no IAP, no stamina/energy/timers limiting how long you can play.
10,000,000 and its sequel You Must Build a Boat.
The maker has a knack for naming games.
I don't usually put anything special on so it's usually whatever I'm listening to at the time. However a few months back I had downloaded and gotten really into 10000000, so I had downloaded the soundtrack and put it on while playing DCSS. It worked so well that I think I was playing for a few hours before realising I had the same track looping on repeat.
While I haven't tried them on a low-end phone myself, I expect 10000000 and You Must Build a Boat will run just fine. They're very well made, and surprisingly fun for their simple gameplay.
Their other one is 10million https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eightyeightgames.tenmillion
Its first one i played, good as well
They were available for my old iOS devices back then and I knew them by playing on mobile actually and later I redownloaded them on Steam.
They are on Google Play as well:
Ten Million https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eightyeightgames.tenmillion and its sequel You Must Build a Boat https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eightyeightgames.ymbab if you also like a bit of match-3 action.
10000000 and its "sequel" You Must Build A Boat are both excellent puzzle/dungeon-runner games. You never have to pay money for anything.
I love to play games while i listen to podcasts and books. So something like 10000000 or Twenty. they take reaction time and skill, but the other side of my brain is still free to concentrate on what i'm listening to.
I tried You Must Build A Boat, but it seemed to be exactly the same as 10000000, and i played the hell out of that game.
I like these two a lot:
10000000
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eightyeightgames.tenmillion
WarGames: WOPR
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.berad.wargames
I've sunk hours into the match-3 dungeon runner 10000000 and its sublime sequel You Must Build A Boat.
Also, I keep returning to Spelltower, which is highly recommended if you've ever enjoyed a word game.
Finally, Sproggiwood is an absorbing roguelike with cute, polished graphics and a satisfying difficulty curve.
10000000 was also a great match 3 made by the same people!
10000000 It doesn't have a monster collecting aspect, but I found it very entertaining.
One of the coolest games I played personally was 10 000 000: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eightyeightgames.tenmillion&hl=en&gl=US
Yep its a weird title.
I had a fun playing 10 Million and the sequel You Must Build A Boat. You do the matches in these by sliding the entire row/columns instead of swapping adjacent tiles. Your character is going through a dungeon and to attack monsters you connect sword or magic tiles. You open chests by connecting keys, etc.
The game play can get a little hectic as it's not turn based. You are allowed to make the matches very fast.
There is some progression where you find materials to upgrade your character in the first game and also your boat/base in the second. The object of the first game is to reach 10 million points. In the second game you fully upgrade your boat.
Both are premium games with no ads, no timers/stamina/energy to limit gameplay, and no IAP.
Another one I played is Block Dungeon. But the progress in this is unlocking new heroes that have different abilities. Otherwise, when you are defeated, you start over. So it can be a little harsh. If you like rogue-lite games, you may like this.
10 Million and You Must Build A Boat are both great, offline, puzzle games with a RPG feel. Instead of swapping tiles like in match three games, you slide the rows or columns to make matches. As you play, you collect money and building materials for upgrades.
In 10 Mil it's improving your character and your little base. You try to reach 10 million points to win.
In YMBAB, it's improving your character and your ship, that you use to travel to different levels and add to your crew. You try to collect everything to build your ship to win.
Both are premium games, no ads, no IAP.
If you wanted a roguelike match 3, you might like Block Legend. I think the first two I mentioned are better games, though. I got frustrated with my progress in this, which I didn't feel in the other two. Premium, no ads, no IAP.
100000000 is my favorite airplane game.

I enjoyed 100000000 and Puzzle Royale
If you liked the match 3 mechanics that gacha games like Puzzles & Dragons uses, you might like 10 Million and You Must Build A Boat. These two are a little like match 3, but instead of swapping tiles, you slide the entire rows up/down or columns left/right to make matches. The sliding makes the game play feel different to the usual match 3 games.
As you play, you collect money and building materials for upgrades. This gives the games kind of a RPG feel as your character improves. Like you upgrade your weapons and then the weapon tiles do more damage.
In 10 Mil you improve your character and your little base. You try to reach 10 million points to win.
In YMBAB, you improve your character and your ship, that you use to travel to different areas and add to your crew. You try to collect everything to build your ship to win.
Both are premium games, no ads, no IAP.
If the idea of a crafting action RPG / hack and slash game where you run around gathering items and killing monsters to get items to build a base and craft gear sounds fun, look into Crashlands. I think you might find the experience to be a bit like Diablo.
There is a lot of game play here. The different areas you go to are randomly generated maps so you can replay and get a slightly different experience. You can defeat monsters and get eggs you can hatch into pets that follow you around and help you fight. One common complaint you'll read is the game gets repetitive. You reach the next area and find yourself building yet another crafting station. I still had a good time playing this and beat the last boss. I gathered a lot of the pets too, but gave up on upgrading every single one. There was recently a new area added in for free that I haven't tried out yet.
The controls are tap to move. You tap near a monster and you run up and auto attack, you don't repeatedly tap to attack. You win the fights by watching for the enemy attacks and timing your movements to dodge. Tap the bottom row to use items and consumables. Controller support was also just added if you have a controller.
Premium game, no ads, no IAP.
Could it be 10000000? I haven't actually played it, so that might be way off.
Tää oli ainakin hintansa väärti mielestäni.

These are some of my go-to games for Andriod:
10000000 and YMBAB - Bejeweled-like action puzzle
Plague Inc real-time strategy
Crashlands exploration RPG
Cook Serve Delicious time management cooking game
Nun Attack Run & Gun Sidescroller - I haven't played this one in years, but from what I remember there was a minimal cost to get double coins and remove ads forever. It was fun enough with daily challenges without needing to spend more for special currency.
slots and Titanic ship are wrong, should be:
10000000 - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eightyeightgames.tenmillion
You must build a boat - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eightyeightgames.ymbab

10,000,000 if you're into matching games
Edit: it occurred to me that my post was poorly worded. I didn't mean there's ten million matching games, I meant specifically the game called 10,000,000
