Depends on how you obtained them. If you're legitimate buying the digital copies, Archie has an actual app that you can use. If you obtained them through other means, if it's a CBZ/CBR file it can be read by pretty much any comic reader app. The one I use is called Comic Flow, but it's pretty basic with no ability to rearrange the comics, just goes by alphabetical order, or in this case '1, 2, 3, 4..." Thing is this app is for iOS and I don't know if it's for Android. However here's a pretty high rated one for Android. Seems to be a very good app judging from ratings, photos, and reviews. Hope this helps!
You can google... Wait... "paying the company that makes them"? Are you an... Illusive Responsible Adult?! CALLING DIBS! throws a pokeball at you
Hm... This needs research. Let's see...
Archie Android App - from a quick look it has everything you need. Comics are about $3 a pop.
Archie Unlimited - haven't tried it, but it looks like a monthly subscription to Archie App.
comiXology - not sure if it directly supports the company, probably since it's amazon, but all the comics are there for sale (I think they also have some subscription options).
Plus, you local comic-book store probably has the latest issues or even some of the compilation books.
