If by coming soon, you mean already out. It is part of the Final Fantasy Portal App. However, as far as I know, it is a Japan-only release.
The FF Portal app is what I use to play Triple Triad.
They already did, it's in the Final Fantasy Portal app that's only available for Japan. Downloaded it after ForensicPathology informed me. The app also collects points that can be used for free bonuses in various other games like Record Keeper in Japan. If you want to know how to use it, he'd be the one to ask.
