Don't know if this helps with this video (I tried it and it was hard to distinguish the text from the background video), but Adobe Capture claims to be able to recognize fonts using machine learning:
Thanks! Been trying to get this for months!
I used the Adobe Capture CC app. It lets you create vector images based on photos/images. It's pretty good!
I think that the Adobe Capture does something like that
Adobe Capture. Create vectors directly from your camera.
OP! I got you the hookup. So you've seen some folks mentioning Illustrator. Great software. I love it. That is definitely what I recommend if you want to do stuff like this on your computer. But if you're like me and you sometimes like to hand-draw things first and then bring them into your digital projects, check out the Adobe Capture app. You can hand-draw a shape like this one, then turn it into a vectorized shape using the app just by taking a picture of it. It'll sync up with your cloud account and be ready to use in Illustrator!

Adobe Capture (Android)
I'll be more than happy to even digitize this one for you and turn it into a custom shape if you want to see how it looks before you buy in! Let me know!
