I used the Adobe Capture CC app. It lets you create vector images based on photos/images. It's pretty good!

OP! I got you the hookup. So you've seen some folks mentioning Illustrator. Great software. I love it. That is definitely what I recommend if you want to do stuff like this on your computer. But if you're like me and you sometimes like to hand-draw things first and then bring them into your digital projects, check out the Adobe Capture app. You can hand-draw a shape like this one, then turn it into a vectorized shape using the app just by taking a picture of it. It'll sync up with your cloud account and be ready to use in Illustrator!
